What kind of pets do you allow?
Small dogs (under 45 lbs.) and cats.

Do you allow exotic pets?

How many pets may I have?
2 maximum

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
$20 monthly pet rent plus $100 pet deposit (non-refundable)

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, there is a $250 apartment refundable deposit, minus any charge for damages and/or cleaning.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

What utilities are included in my lease?
Hot water and trash. Free Wi-Fi is included at The Renfro.

How long is the term of the lease?
12 months

Do you accept leases for short terms?
$100 additional per month. No less than 6 month lease.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call (316) 290-9596 or fill out the Service Request form here.

When is my rent payment due and what type of payment do you accept?
The 1st of the month. We accept check, electronic payment from your bank and credit cards. Please contact us to set electronic payment and payment by credit card.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
The 6th of the month.

Where do I submit my rent payment?
Please put your payment in the drop box located in your building. If you would like to set up automatic electronic payments, contact us.

I'm having a package delivered to my apartment. Where do I pick it up?
Packages can be sent to our office at 135 E Douglas Ave 67202 between 8am - 5pm and you can contact us about pick up. Otherwise, special arrangements will need to be made with the delivery person.

We also have a drop box at the mailboxes in your building.

There is a person who might be staying with me for awhile.  Is that permitted by the lease?
Yes, up to two weeks.

Do you have reserved parking?
Yes and all open city parking.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
City parking.

My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, we will need to get them on the lease as occupants.

Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No.  We have a brick exterior.

Do you have cable services?
Yes, Cox Communications.
